 9 days, 115 hearts, one experience: Atrapos Summer Camp 2025

Every summer, Atrapos does not stop when classes end... it continues its mission in a different way: through life experiences that are deeply engraved in the hearts of children. This year's Atrapos Summer Camp, at SPORTCAMP Loutraki, was such an experience.

 115 people – One team

This year's mission included:

 103 athletes and students

 8 coaches

 4 assistants

...all with a common goal: to live, share, train, and have fun!

 9 days full of substance

Nothing at this camp was left to chance. Our program was organized to combine education, physical activity, self-discipline, and joy.

• Double training sessions every day, morning and afternoon, in air-conditioned rooms
• Swimming pool twice a day, for cooling off and relaxation
• Archery & climbing for challenge and self-confidence
• Sports afternoons with basketball, soccer, and beach volleyball
• Mind games and team games for bonding and cooperation
• Evening gatherings with topics for discussion, inspiration, and smiles
• Friendly sports such as boxing and acrobatics, which gave the children new images, challenges, and interaction

 The children: The soul of the camp

Their smiles in the morning. Their anticipation for each activity. The friendships they formed. The conversations in the canteen and at lunch. Their questions to the teachers. The marks on their knees, the bruises from the exercises, which they showed off with pride.

This is the summer we want for our children: authentic, fulfilling, energizing.

 The people behind the program

Our coaches stood by the children with responsibility and passion, imparting technique, values, and strength. Our assistants took care of the organization, the daily routine, and the support of every need.

We thank everyone of you who gave your time and energy to make this camp so special.

???? The challenges... were part of the experience

Yes, there were moments when we were tested. As always, we teachers see difficulties as challenges rather than obstacles. Whether it was health, living conditions, or adjustment issues, we stood by the children and provided solutions so that not a single moment of this experience would be lost.
